Good to know
$260 minimum per visit. It covers up to four rooms of carpet or a lounge up to four seats, so most homes fill it easily — and if you're under, you can add a rug or mattress for little or nothing. Single items on their own (one rug, one mattress) attract the minimum, which is why bundling is the smart move.
Two packages. Every price on this page is for our Standard package. Premium adds pre-treatment of small stains, counter-rotating brush agitation and deodoriser — plus a fabric protector on upholstery — for a small extra charge per item — toggle it on in the estimator to see the difference.
The one thing that can change on the day: stains. Stain treatment is $14 per stain and we can only count the ones you tell us about — once we're in the room we often find a few more. If we do, we'll show you, price them, and get your OK before we start. Nothing goes on the bill that you haven't agreed to.
Prices are for standard residential jobs. Heavy soiling, water damage or delicate fabrics are confirmed before we start — never sprung on you at the door. Property managers and commercial clients: scheduled rates available.

How much does carpet cleaning cost on the Sunshine Coast?+
With A1 it's $260 fixed for up to four rooms of carpet, then roughly $30 for each additional room. That includes a heavy pre-spray, the truck-mounted hot water extraction and our natural, residue-free products. We clean around furniture, so anything you want cleaned under just needs to be moved before we arrive. Most families spend between $260 and $430 once a couch or mattress is added.
Is there a minimum charge?+
Yes — $260 per visit. It covers up to four rooms of carpet or a lounge up to four seats, so most homes fill it easily. If you only have one small item, bundle it with something else and the minimum works in your favour.
How much does couch cleaning cost?+
A lounge up to four seats is $260; five seats is $270 and seven seats $325. Added to a carpet clean, couch seats are $35 each (leather $45), which is why carpet-plus-couch bundles are our most popular booking.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?+
Standard is our everyday deep clean: heavy pre-spray then truck-mounted steam clean — every price on this page is Standard. Premium adds pre-treatment of small stains, counter-rotating brush (CRB) agitation and deodoriser — and on upholstery, a fabric protector — for a small extra charge per room or seat. It's the pick for pets, heavy traffic, older carpet and lounges you want protected.
Can the price change on the day?+
Only for stains, and only with your OK. Stain treatment is $14 per stain and we can only count the ones you tell us about — it's very common to find a few more once we're in the room and the light's right. If we do, we'll point them out, price them, and confirm before we start. Nothing is added without you agreeing to it, and there's no call-out fee on top of the prices shown.
How accurate is the instant estimate?+
It uses the same pricing formula we use in the van, so for standard jobs it's the price you'll pay for what you've entered. The usual difference is stains: most people spot two or three, we tend to find a couple more. Each is $14 and we confirm them with you on the day before treating. Heavy soiling or water damage may need a quick look first.
