1. Service Scope
A1 Carpet Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning (couches, chairs), rug cleaning, mattress cleaning, and other related services.
2. Bookings & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and may include GST if applicable.
- Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
3. Access & Preparation
- Customers must ensure clear access to the property and areas to be cleaned.
- Please move small or delicate items out of the way before our arrival.
- We are not responsible for damage to items not moved or secured by the customer.
4. Stain & Damage Disclaimer
- We will always do our best to remove stains and odours, but results can vary depending on the age, type, and severity of stains.
- Pre-existing damage will be noted where possible, but we accept no liability for damage arising from normal cleaning processes on weakened or damaged fibres, fabrics, or surfaces.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a booking.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can assess and, if appropriate, re-clean the area.
7. Use of Customer Information
- By booking with A1 Carpet Cleaning, you consent to us collecting and storing your contact information, including your mobile phone number, for purposes related to your booking.
- We may also use your mobile number to send service updates, appointment reminders, and occasional promotional offers or marketing SMS.
- You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.
8. Privacy
- We respect your privacy. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or necessary to deliver our services.

9. Liability
- A1 Carpet Cleaning is insured and takes all reasonable care during service delivery.
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or failure of materials during cleaning.
