We're a Sunshine Coast family business servicing homes and businesses from Noosa to Caloundra. Our team is trained, insured and genuinely proud of the before-and-afters — and we back every clean with the kind of service that gets us recommended at school pick-up and the local café.

Pre-treat small stains
Small marks and spots get their own targeted treatment before anything else.
Heavy pre-spray
A strong, long-dwelling pre-spray breaks down embedded soil, body oils and traffic lanes.
Agitate — CRB
A counter-rotating brush machine works the solution deep into the pile and lifts matted fibres.
Steam clean
Truck-mounted 120°C hot water extraction flushes it all out with powerful vacuum recovery.
Deodorise & protector on upholstery
A fresh deodorised finish on everything, plus a fabric protector on lounges, chairs and bed frames so future spills bead up instead of soaking in.

A Truckmount In Every Van
Premium equipment
Truck-mounted power. Not a hire machine.
The difference between clean and looks-clean is the equipment. Every A1 van carries a commercial-grade truckmount — a hot water extraction unit that out-heats and out-vacuums any portable by a wide margin.
120°C hot water
Heat is what breaks down grease, body oils and set-in grime. Portables top out well below this.
Industrial vacuum recovery
Pulls the dirty water straight back out — deeper clean, no residue, and carpets dry within 2–4 hours with the aircon on.
Adjustable pressure
Dialled down for delicate upholstery and wool, dialled up for tile and grout. One machine, every surface.

How much does carpet cleaning cost on the Sunshine Coast?+
$260 fixed for up to four rooms ($240 for three), then about $30 per extra room. A lounge up to four seats is $240, and carpet-plus-couch bundles start at $330. Extra stains found on the day are $14 each and always confirmed with you first.
Do you use truck-mounted or portable machines?+
Our default for every job is a truckmount — the van heats water to 120°C and has far stronger vacuum recovery than portable units, which means deeper cleaning and faster drying. If a job needs it (a high-rise, a long hose run or no van access), we can use a portable machine instead.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. We use low-tox, plant-derived cleaning solutions that leave no sticky residue, so carpets and couches are safe once dry.
Can you remove pet urine stains and smells?+
Pet stain removal is one of our specialties. We use enzyme treatments that break down urine at the source rather than masking the odour.
